I'm about as chaotic as they come--chaotic not in the sense of disorder or destruction, but rather in the sense of connections. Mathematical and scientific theories of chaos underscore the importance of connections in order for chaos to work; otherwise, how could a Brazilian butterfly's flapping wings cause a hurricane in the North Atlantic? In the spirit of connections and the incredible insights and opportunities for growth and change they provide, I can't help but connect my spiritual practice and witchcraft with my academic research interests. They feed each other, feed my soul, and inform who I am as an academic, a witch, and human being on this great Earth.
